There is a 14 day cooling off period which starts when you purchase your Delivery Pass, in which you can cancel your pass provided you have not yet used it. If you exercise this right of cancellation we will refund the cost of the Delivery Pass in full.

The Asda Delivery Pass ("Delivery Pass") is run by the ASDA Stores Limited and its group companies and its partners ("we", "us", "our")
By purchasing a Delivery Pass you are entering into a contract with us for the delivery of products from Our Sites.
"Fee" is the cost of purchasing the Delivery Pass - payable at the point of purchase or in monthly instalments if you choose this option. Asda reserves the right to amend the Fee at any time. If you have already bought a Delivery Pass the Fee in respect of that pass will not change. Any subsequent purchases of a Delivery Pass will however be subject to the amended Fee.
"Period" is the length of time the Delivery Pass is active.
“Our Sites” means our grocery online website www.asda.com/grocery ("Asda Groceries") and our clothing website www.george.com. ("George.com").
Subject to the below section “George.com – passes purchased before 31st March 2015”, you can use your Delivery Pass to make a single purchase from Asda Groceries in any 24 hour period. If you have a midweek Delivery Pass, this can only be used Tuesday – Thursday.
You can currently use your Delivery Pass for Click and Collect orders. Asda reserves the right to exclude Click and Collect orders from the Delivery Pass at any time. If we do decide to exclude Click and Collect Orders, the change will not apply to the Delivery Passes which have already been purchased, but will apply to passes purchased subsequent to the change.
To use your Delivery Pass you must spend £40 or more on your order on Asda Groceries. Asda reserves the right to amend this minimum basket spend at any time. If we do decide to change the minimum basket spend the change will not apply to the Delivery Passes which have already been purchased, but will apply to passes purchased subsequent to the change.
From week commencing 30th March we will be trialling a 12 month anytime Delivery Pass, where the minimum basket spend will be £25. This £25 minimum basket trial will only apply when your order is fulfilled in one of the 20 stores listed in the below section. Whether this trial is available to you will be visible when you visit your account at Asda Groceries.. If you cannot see this, unfortunately we are not able to provide this in your area at the moment.
Unfortunately, the Delivery Pass is not available to customers who are registered with us as businesses.
If you have a 6 or 12 month anytime Delivery Pass on a pay monthly plan your Delivery Pass will automatically continue and we will continue to take monthly payments until the end of the 6 or 12 month Period of the Delivery Pass you have selected (unless you cancel your Delivery Pass in accordance with the below section “Cancellation”).
We will contact you to make you aware when your Delivery Pass is due to expire.
Your Delivery Pass will start working on Asda Groceries as soon as you purchase it and can be applied to your grocery order straight away.
As long as your order meets the qualifying criteria for orders under these Delivery Pass terms and conditions, the Delivery Pass allows you to choose any available delivery slot.
You are not guaranteed a delivery slot through purchase of the Delivery Pass.
You can nominate another address to have your orders delivered to but your Delivery Pass can only be used by you, the name account holder and cannot be shared with anyone else - it is not transferrable to anyone else.
If for instance you are holidaying in the UK and want us to deliver to your holiday destination we will happily do this, but we will not deliver to other addresses such as friends or family where you are not the recipient of the groceries.
We will monitor delivery addresses to make sure our customers are getting the best service we can offer and that the Delivery Pass is not being abused. We withhold the right to cancel your Delivery Pass at any time if it is deemed you are abusing it outside of these Terms and Conditions.
There is a fourteen day cooling off period which starts when you purchase your Delivery Pass, in which you can cancel your Delivery Pass provided you have not yet used it. If you exercise this right of cancellation we will refund the cost of the Delivery Pass in full.

If you want to cancel your Delivery Pass outside of the fourteen day cooling off period, we will not be able to refund any payments we have already received for that Delivery Pass but we will not charge you for future instalments that would have fallen due. If you do cancel your Asda Delivery Pass you can still shop with Asda online but you will have to pay a delivery charge for every order you place.
The Fee is payable when you purchase your Delivery Pass or in monthly instalments if you choose this option.
If we cannot access the Fee from the payment method you have selected, your Asda.com Delivery Pass will not be issued and your Delivery Pass will be cancelled.
In the event that we deliver your order and you are not at the address you have stipulated on the agreed day and time we will charge you for any additional delivery for that order.
We will not be responsible to you for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will not be responsible to you for any business loss (including but not by way of limitation, loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, or wasted expenditure).
If we are in breach of these terms and conditions we will only be responsible for losses that you suffer as a result to the extent that they are reasonably foreseeable consequences to both of us at the time you make the relevant order.
This section shall not limit or affect our liability if we act negligently and this causes death or personal injury and does not otherwise exclude or limit any liability which law prohibits us from limiting or excluding.
We guarantee that your Delivery Pass will cost you less than you would otherwise pay for the delivery of orders that you make on Our Sites during the Period of your Delivery Pass. At the end of your Delivery Pass Period we will calculate the full price of each delivery slot you booked on Our Site during that Period. If the full price of those slots is less than the amount you paid for your Delivery Pass, we will refund you the difference. Any refund due will be made in the form of an e-voucher which can be used on Asda Groceries only. This e-voucher will be automatically uploaded into your Asda Groceries account once your Delivery Pass Period has ended. Where you have a 6 or 12 month Delivery Pass, if you choose to cancel your pass before the end of the full 6 or 12 month Period, you will not qualify for the saving guarantee.
This offer is not valid on the 1 month anytime Delivery Pass.
If you purchase a Mid Week Delivery Pass this is valid for deliveries on Asda Groceries on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. If you have an order delivered on any other day of the week outside of this period you will be charged separately for delivery in accordance with the charges detailed on Asda Groceries.
If you purchased a Delivery Pass before 31st March 2015 and chose to auto-renew, your Delivery Pass will auto-renew every 31 days at £2 until the end of the Period of the Delivery Pass.
If you purchased your Delivery Pass before 31st March 2015 you will be able to use your Delivery Pass for the delivery of products from Our Sites until the Delivery Pass expires. All passes purchased after 31st March 2015 can only be used delivery of products from Asda Groceries.
To use your Delivery Pass on George.com you must spend £40 or more.
Where your Delivery Pass is eligible for use on both of Our Sites, you can use your Delivery Pass to make a single purchase from each of Our Sites in any 24 hour period. For example, on the same day you could use your Delivery Pass to place one order on each of Asda Groceries and George.com sites, but during the same period you couldn't use it to make more than one purchase from just Asda Groceries.
