Sayda says: 'Father’s Day for us is spent arranging breakfast in bed for both the dads in the house, then going for a long walk at our local country park and cooking something delicious for dinner.' I live in a multi-generational household of mixed tastes and appetites and this dish is always a crowd-pleaser, especially with the two dads. This meal is decadent enough for a celebration dinner, but easy enough to put together quickly and doesn’t involve too many ingredients.'
