If you happen to know any little ones who are already getting excited about Santa's arrival, then you might want to check out the Google Santa Tracker. Because Santa is now online and interactive. As well as using GPS to track Santa's journey as he delivers presents around the world on Christmas Eve, the site is currently counting down to the big day with an interactive advent calendar. <img alt="santa-tracker" class="ci-image ci-original" src="https://ui3.assets-asda.com/dm/santa-tracker_GL?scl=1">Each day, they'll be unveiling a new game or experience - so far, we've been able to explore North Pole airport (dressing up the visitors as they arrive), discovered how to say 'ho ho ho' in Czech (it's, um, 'ho ho ho') and learnt about different holiday traditions around the world.Did you know, for example, that in Iceland at Christmas, families give gifts of warm clothing to every member of the household, because, according to legend, there is a terrifying Christmas Cat who gobbles up anyone not equipped for cold and wintery weather? Families work together to ensure no one falls victim to the Christmas Cat. Google is also using the site this year to teach children (and, let's be honest, adults) how to code.
