  <li>1 lemon, cut into wedges</li>

  <li><a target='_blank'target='_blank'target="_blank" href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/nachos-dips-squeezy-sauces/aleyna-roasted-red-peppers/910000338723">150g Aleyna Roasted Red Peppers (from a jar), drained and chopped</a></li>
  <li>1tbsp chopped parsley</li>

<h2>STEP-BY-STEP:</h2>
<ol>
  <li>Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 4. Line a baking tray with foil.</li>
  <li>Arrange the sea bass and lemon wedges on the baking tray. Top the fish with the rounds of parsley butter from the pack, then wrap in the foil to create a parcel.</li>
  <li>Bake in the centre of the oven for 30-35 mins, opening up the foil parcel for the last5mins. The fish should be piping hot all the way through. For a chargrilled BBQ effect, bake in the oven as above, then transfer to your grill, opening up the foil parcel, for the final 5 mins of cooking.</li>
  <li>Meanwhile, cook the giant cous cous in 500ml water, according to the pack instructions. Drain well.</li>
  <li>Arrange the cous cous on a serving platter and stir through the red peppers.</li>
  <li>Top with the cooked sea bass, spooning over any juices. Garnish with the lemon wedges and the parsley.</li>
  <li>Serve with salad, if liked.</li>
