<p>Christmas is a time to get together with your friends and family, to make a toast to the past year and look forward to the New Year. And what better way to do this than to enjoy your favourite tipple, even if it is a daiquiri, passion fruit mojito or a glass of Pimm's.</p><p>Whether you&rsquo;re having friends around, or just fancy mixing yourself up a special drink to unwind, these recipes ensure you can enjoy those classic summer cocktails all the festive season. </p><h2>Winter Pimm's</h2><p>It's not really summer until someone cracks open the <a href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/liqueurs/pimms-no1/910000246823" target="_blank">Pimm's</a>. And now, you can enjoy a taste of summer this Christmas by mixing up a hot winter Pimm's. To do so, you&rsquo;ll need to heat some Pimm's with slices of orange, apple juice and cinnamon in a pan. Add a handful of crushed ice to each. Stir vigorously using the handle of a wooden spoon until the ice has melted by one-third and the berries are mushy. Then, add the lime juice and <a href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/rum/captain-morgan-original-spiced-gold-rum/910001267209" target="_blank">Captain Morgan Spiced Rum</a>. Mix again. Add some more ice so that the glasses are half full.
