Ingredients

100g Asda Ready Rolled Light Puff Pastry

4 ripe but firm bananas, peeled and cut in half horizontally

16 raisins

15g cocoa

2tbsp clear honey

10g unsalted butter

100ml fat-free Greek yogurt

Method

Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Cut the pastry into 5mm-wide strips and wrap around the banana halves. Push 2 raisins into the top for eyes. Put on the tray and bake for 15 mins until the pastry is crisp and golden.

For the dipping sauce, combine the cocoa, honey and 50ml water in a small pan and bring to the boil on a medium heat, whisking until smooth. Add the butter and allow to melt. Serve the chocolate sauce and Greek yogurt with the mummies.
