Ingredients

250g Asda Camembert in a wooden box

1 clove garlic, sliced

1tbsp white wine

400g red grapes (on the stems)

1tbsp rapeseed oil

1tbsp balsamic vinegar

1tsp thyme leaves

100g crusty bread, sliced, to serve

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
2
Discard any camembert packaging except the bottom of the box. Put the cheese in this box on a baking tray. Pierce the top a few times with a knife and pop garlic into the slits. Spoon over the wine.
3
In a large bowl, toss together the grapes, oil, vinegar and thyme.
4
Bake the grapes on a baking tray for 30 mins until the skins are blistering. After 20 mins, add the camembert and bake for the last 10 mins.
5
Serve with the warm grapes – and let everyone load it onto crusty bread!
