Ingredients
1 tbsp clear honey
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Soda water
50 ml Jack Daniel's
Cinnamon stick
Large twist orange zest, to garnish
Method

Chill a tumbler with ice, or put in the freezer for 30 mins.

Add the honey, Angostura bitters and a splash of soda water to the tumbler, then stir well to combine.

Add a few large ice cubes to the glass then pour over the Jack Daniel's. Stir to combine.

Finish the cocktail with the cinnamon stick and twist of orange zest to serve.
