Ingredients

2 x 200g jars Asda Cranberry Sauce

200ml Extra Special Smooth Orange Juice

1 cinnamon stick

350ml Asda Vodka

Method

1
Pre-heat the oven to 140C/120C Fan/Gas 1. Sterilise a large jar by washing it in hot, soapy water, then rinse well. Put in the oven on its side for 30 minutes.
2
Put the cranberry sauce, juice and cinnamon in a pan. Simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Take off the heat and cool. Add the vodka and transfer to the jar. Put on its lid, and keep in fridge for 3 days.
3
Strain through a sieve lined with a new J-Cloth. Sterilise 2 small bottles in the same way as the jar. When cold, add the vodka. Use within a month.
