Ingredients

150g Asda Free From Mayonnaise

2 tsp Wholegrain Mustard

1 Lemon, juice and zest

3 tbsp Fresh Chives, finely chopped

1 Carrot, peeled and grated

200g White and Red Cabbage (or mix of both), shredded

1 Small Red Onion, peeled and sliced

Method

Put the mayo in a small bowl with the mustard, zest and 1 tbsp of lemon juice and half the chives. Season and mix until combined.

Put the carrots, cabbage and red onion in a large bowl. Pour over the mayo mixture and toss until well combined. Scatter with the remaining chives and serve straight away or keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Cook’s tip: For a fresh, fruity twist add some grated green apple.
