Ingredients

50ml blood orange juice (from a carton – or any kind of orange juice if you don't have blood orange)

50ml ginger beer

30ml Nosecco Spumante

30ml Extra Special Blood Orange & Rosemary Tonic Water

Rosemary sprig, to garnish

Method

Chill a Champagne flute in the freezer for 30 mins, or with ice.

Add a handful of fresh ice to the glass, followed by the blood orange juice, ginger beer and Nosecco Spumante. Stir gently.

Top up with tonic water.

Garnish with rosemary.
