Ingredients

120g pack Asda Watercress, Spinach & Rocket Salad

5 radishes, thinly sliced

2 x 250g pack Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentils

4 Extra Special Apple Balsamic Vinegar Infused Beetroot, sliced

25g dill, chopped

100g cherry tomatoes, halved

100g Asda Soft Goat's Cheese

40g Asda Lightly Sea Salted Croutons

1tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1tsp wholegrain mustard

1tbsp balsamic glaze

Method

In a large serving bowl, layer on the salad, radishes, lentils, beetroot, dill and cherry tomatoes.

Crumble over the cheese and top with the croutons.

Whisk the oil, mustard and balsamic glaze with 1tbsp water. Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
