Ingredients
50ml gin
15ml blue Curaçao
10ml lemon juice
100ml pineapple juice
Pineapple slice and leaf, to garnish

Shake together the gin, blue Curaçao and lemon and pineapple juices with plenty of ice until cold.

Pour into a tall glass and garnish with the pineapple slice and leaf to serve.
