Ingredients

1tsp demerara sugar

40ml Jameson Irish Whiskey Caskmates Stout Edition

100ml warm-brewed dark-roast coffee

2tbsp double cream, very lightly whipped

Whole nutmeg (or ground nutmeg, if preferred)

Method

Stir together the sugar, whiskey and coffee in a small mug or warmed glass until the sugar has dissolved.

Gently pour lightly whipped double cream over the coffee using the back of a spoon to allow it to float on top. If it mixes in, don’t worry – the drink will taste just as delicious! Grate (or sprinkle) over a little of the nutmeg to top before serving.
