Ingredients

1tsp olive oil

200g pack Asda Sliced Mushrooms

4 plain naan breads

250g jar Asda Tomato & Basil Pizza Sauce Topper

75g black olives, halved

1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced

125g pack Asda Light Mozzarella cheese, drained and cut into quarters

30g wild rocket

Method

1
Heat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7. Heat the oil in a pan over a high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the mushrooms and cook, stirring regularly, for 2 mins until lightly golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
2
Separate the naans over two baking trays. Divide the pizza sauce topper between the 4 naan breads and spread with the back of a spoon, leaving an edge of around 1cm.
3
Divide the mushrooms, olives and red onion between the naans. Tear each quarter of the mozzarella into small chunks and dot over the top of the pizzas.
4
Bake for 10-12 mins, until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling and the naans are crisp. Divide between plates and top with the rocket and some freshly ground black pepper, if you like.
