Ingredients

1tbsp olive oil

1 onion, sliced

4tsp ASDA Plain Flour

300ml semi-skimmed milk

2 frozen Asda White Fish Fillets

2 large handfuls spinach

½ cauliflower, cut into florets

Handful grated cheddar

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5.
2
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion over a medium heat to soften. Before it starts to colour, season with black pepper, add the flour and cook for 1 min.
3
Slowly add the milk and stir to make a sauce. Add the fish and simmer for 1-2 mins until the fish starts to break into chunks.
4
Transfer the fish and half the sauce to an ovenproof dish and mix in the spinach (it will wilt from the heat of the sauce). Top with the cauliflower, then pour over the remaining sauce and sprinkle the cheese on top.
5
Bake for 30 mins, or until the top is golden brown. Serve immediately.
