Ingredients
40ml Passoã
40ml vodka
10ml vanilla syrup
10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
½ passion fruit, scooped out with a spoon
½ passion fruit, to garnish
35ml Prosecco or Champagne (optional)
Method

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the Passoã, vodka, vanilla syrup, lime juice and passion fruit pulp.

Strain into martini glasses, then top with Prosecco or Champagne (optional). Garnish with the other half passion fruit.
