Ingredients
50ml Asda Extra Special Pink Gin
20ml pink grapefruit juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
125ml Asda Extra Special Elderflower Tonic Water
Frozen summer berries, to garnish
Fresh mint, to garnish
Method

Fill a large gin glass with cubed ice. Pour over the gin, grapefruit juice and bitters.

Top up the cocktail with the elderflower tonic.

Garnish with fresh summer berries and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
