Ingredients

3 peppers, de-seeded and sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 large red onion, thinly sliced

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp brown sugar

4 Asda Chosen by you Large Tortilla Wraps

6 tbsp Asda Chosen by you Pizza Topper

150g Asda Soft Goats Cheese, crumbled

Method

Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Cook the peppers in 1 tbsp of the oil in a frying pan for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Heat the rest of the oil in the pan, add the onions and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the balsamic vinegar and sugar, and simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix into the peppers.

Put the tortillas on baking trays and brush the edges with water. Sprinkle half the crumbled cheese around the rims. Fold the edges over the cheese, and then pinch hard and pleat to make the folded edges.

Spread pizza topper sauce in the middle of the tortillas. Top with the vegetable mixture and the rest of the goats cheese.

Cook the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tortilla is golden.
