Ingredients

250g Cadbury Cookie Mix

50ml vegetable oil

60ml semi-skimmed milk

40g chopped hazelnuts

15g mini marshmallows

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2
Tip the cookie mix into a bowl. Add the oil, milk and hazelnuts, then stir to combine. The dough should be quite stiff but hold together easily - if not add a little more milk.
3
Roll into ten balls and arrange on the baking tray, with plenty of space between them. Flatten slightly, then bake for 12 mins.
4
Remove the tray from oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on the cookies, pressing down gently so they spread out slightly and stick in place. Bake for 2-3 mins to toast the marshmallows until just starting to turn golden.
5
Remove from oven and cool for 2 mins on the tray. Transfer to a wire rack to cool fully before serving.
