Ingredients

4 Pita Breads (chopped into 1 inch pieces)

4 tbsp of Olive Oil

1 Garlic clove, minced

1 large pinch of Salt

2 tbsp Cook! By ASDA Sumac

200g pot ASDA Hummus to serve

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line 2 large baking trays with greaseproof paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and garlic. Brush the mixture evenly on the pita pieces and season with salt.

Place the seasoned pita pieces on the lined baking trays and bake for 10-15 or until the pieces are beginning to brown.

Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle the sumac over the chips.

Allow to cool before serving.
