Ingredients
1 swede, peeled and cut into wedges
1tbsp rapeseed oil
1tbsp Asda Herbes de Provence
20g Parmesan, finely grated
Method
1Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
2On a large baking tray, toss together the swede, oil, herbs and black pepper.
3Roast for 40-45 mins until lightly caramelised and cooked through, turning halfway. Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to the oven for 10 mins.
