Ingredients

40g Meadow Churn Garlic Butter

4 sprigs thyme, leaves only

400g Asda Ready Rolled Pizza Dough

1tbsp poppy seeds

250g Extra Special Camembert de Pays

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C Fan/Gas 6.
2
Melt the butter and stir through ½ the thyme leaves.
3
Unroll the pizza dough and brush all over with the garlic butter. Cut into 12 equal pieces and twist into balls. Tip the poppy seeds onto a plate and press the tops of 6 of the doughballs into them. Leave the remaining balls plain.
4
Take the Camembert out of the packaging and score the top. Put ontoalarge baking tray and arrange the doughballs around the cheese so that they’re touching, alternating the plain and poppy-seed balls.
