Ingredients

250g Asda porridge Oats

2 tins Asda Reduced Fat Coconut Milk

1tsp Cook by Asda Cinnamon powder

1 tin of Asda pineapple chunks (drained)

1/2 tin of KTC mango pulp

50g flaked almonds to decorate

Method

Mix together the coconut milk, cinnamon, honey and mango pulp in a bowl.

Next add the oats to the mixture and stir together.

Once combined, place the mixture into bowls or a container.

Top the mixture with pineapple chunks and almonds.

Leave in fridge overnight and serve for breakfast.
