Ingredients

250g frozen Asda Summer fruits & banana smoothie mix

150g cauliflower, roughly chopped

200ml orange juice

200g Alpro Vanilla Soya Yogurt Alternative

200 ml water

Method

Put the frozen fruit, cauliflower and orange juice into a high-powered blender with 200ml cold water and blitz until thick and smooth, scraping down the sides in between blending if needed.

Pour the smoothie between 4 glasses. Using a spoon, swirl the yogurt through the top of the smoothie for a rippled effect before serving.
