Ingredients

400g Asda fish pie mix (frozen)

150g frozen peas

25g pack Asda white sauce mix

300ml semi-skimmed milk

8 potato waffles

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Tip the fish pie mix and peas into an oven proof dish.
2
Make up the white sauce mix according to the pack instructions and, once its thickened, pour over the fish and peas. Tear the waffles into large chunks and arrange over the fish and peas to cover.
3
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 mins. Allow to rest for a minute or two before serving.
4
Cook’s tip: add the milk slowly to the sauce mix, stirring well each time.
5
Leftover tip: Potatoes waffles are always good for a quick lunch, topped with beans or a poached egg.
