<p>Burns Night is a celebration of the late Scottish poet Robert Burns, and takes place every year on his birthday, on the 25th January.</p><p>Most Burns Night events are marked with a traditional supper, whisky and bagpipe music.</p><p>Although Robert Burns was Scottish, people celebrate Burns Night all across the UK, serving up suppers of haggis and tatties with a glass of Scottish whisky.
