Ingredients

250g pulled pork with BBQ sauce

300g Mexican style bean mix

1 baby gem, shredded

1 tomato, chopped

30g 30% less fat grated mature cheese

½ avocado, destoned and thinly sliced

1 lime, juiced

4 wholemeal tortillas

Method

1
Cook the pork according to the pack instructions.
2
Divide the pork, beans, lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and avocado between the tortillas and squeeze on the lime juice. Fold in the ends of the tortilla then wrap it around the filling.
3
Dry-fry the burritos for 1 min on each side, until the tortilla crisps and the cheese melts. Wrap in foil, cut in half, then serve.
