Ingredients

3 large firm bananas

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 tsp cinnamon

40g plain flour

25g light brown soft sugar

50g desiccated coconut spray oil

25g 70% cocoa dark chocolate, broken into piece

6 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt

150g pack Asda Raspberries

125g pack Asda Blueberries

Method

1
Peel the bananas and slice into 4 equal pieces.
2
Put the beaten eggs in one bowl, the cinnamon and flour into another and the sugar and coconut in a third.
3
Coat the banana pieces in the flour, dip into the egg, then finally into the coconut mixture. Use separate hands for the wet and dry ingredients.
4
Spritz your air fryer basket with oil and heat to 180°C. Carefully place the coated banana into the basket and cook for 8–10 mins until golden, turning once halfway.
5
Make a dip by melting the chocolate in bursts of 30 secs in the microwave until smooth. Allow to cool slightly. Stir into the yoghurt then serve with the fritters and fresh berries.
