Ingredients

2 small eating apples, peeled, cored and chopped

150g blackberries

½tsp cinnamon

2tbsp caster sugar

1tsp cornflour

180g pack chilled Asda 6 Yorkshire Puddings

300g Asda Fresh Custard

60g Asda Simply Granola

3tbsp Askeys Treat! Toffee Flavour Topping

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6.
2
Put the chopped apples, blackberries, cinnamon and sugar with 1tbsp water in a pan. Cook over a medium heat, stirring regularly, for 4-5 mins until the apples are beginning to break down. Stir through the cornflour, reduce the heat to low and cook for 2-3 mins until thickened. Take off the heat and set aside to cool slightly.
3
Put the Yorkshires on a baking tray and bake for 3-4 mins until crisp and heated through.
4
Meanwhile, heat the custard in the microwave according to the pack instructions.
5
To assemble the puddings, spoon some of the custard into the bottom of each Yorkshire and top with the fruit compote. Sprinkle over the granola and drizzle with the toffee topping to serve.
