Ingredients

100g Asda Best for Baking Cakes

2 medium eggs

100g self-raising flour

1tsp Asda 100’s & 1000’s

50g strawberry jam

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C Fan/Gas 6. Line 12 holes of a muffin tin with cupcake cases.
2
Beat together the Asda Best for Baking Cakes and sugar until pale and fluffy, then mix in the eggs.
3
Stir in the flour and divide the mixture between the cases. Bake for 12-15 mins until risen and golden, then leave to cool completely.
4
Cut out a circle from the top of each cupcake, then cut each circle in half. Put the 100’s and 1000’s on a plate. Brush the tops of the half-circles with a little of the jam, then dip into the sprinkles to coat.
5
Put 1tsp jam into the hollow on top of each cake, then arrange the half-circles at an angle to look like butterfly wings. Serve and enjoy.
