Cooking Time

Serves: 2

Ingredients

70ml vodka

70ml Tia Maria or Kahlúa

1 shot cold espresso coffee

10 ice cubes

6 coffee beans to garnish

Method

1
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake for at least 2 minutes. Shaking the mixture over the ice cools the ingredients and develops the attractive crema head.
2
Strain the cocktail through a sieve into two martini glasses (this helps create the head too), garnish with coffee beans and serve immediately.
