Ingredients

1 flatbread

15g houmous

50g falafels, halved

20g roasted red pepper, cut in strips

Pickled red cabbage

Sliced green chillis

1tbsp Greek-style yogurt

Whole mint leaves

Method

1
Toast or griddle a tortilla or flatbread and spread with houmous. Add falafels, halved, red pepper, pickled red cabbage and sliced green chillis. Drizzle with Greek-style yogurt and finish with a scattering of whole mint leaves and a good grind of fresh black pepper.
