Ingredients

2 Asda Delicate Sea Bass Fillets

30g plus 2 tsp Salted Butter

160g Asda Extra Special Tenderstem Broccoli

1/3 Lemon

Gently pat dry 2 sea bass fillets with kitchen roll, then season to liking.

Place a medium-sized frying pan over a medium heat and add 2 tsp butter. Add the fish, skin-side down, and cook for 2 mins until the skin starts to crisp. Flip the fish and fry for another 1–2 mins until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook 1 pack Tenderstem broccoli in a pan of boiling, salted water for 3–4 mins, then drain and set aside. Melt 30g butter in the frying pan and add the juice of ? lemon. Season and stir.

Drizzle the butter sauce over the top of the broccoli and fish and serve with lemon wedges.
