Ingredients

3 firm pears

½tsp Asda Ground Cinnamon

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 140C/ 120C Fan/Gas 1. Slice 3 firm pears into thin rounds of varying sizes – take out any pips.
2
Put on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Using your finger and thumb, sprinkle on the cinnamon, then sweep a pastry brush over them gently, so the pear slices are evenly coated.
3
Bake the rounds for 45 mins, then remove from the oven and allow to cool. They’ll still be soft while they’re warm, but they’ll crisp up nicely as they cool down.
