Ingredients
50ml ASDA Rhubarb & Custard Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Vanilla Syrup
1 tbsp Activia Rhubarb Yogurt
20ml Happy Egg Co Liquid Egg White
Cream Soda top-up
Method

Add the first 4 ingredients to your shaker, without ice, and shake for 10 seconds.

Then add ice and shake for a further 15 seconds.

Fine strain over cubed ice into the glass.

Add the Cream Sode, then stir gently to combine.

Add a stripe of rhubarb twisted into the glass to garnish
