Ingredients

2 large Bananas, plus extra to serve

2 tsp Caster Sugar

1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

300ml Skimmed Milk

1 tbsp Chocolate Sauce

Asda Reduced Fat Squirty Cream, to serve

Method

Heat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6. Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthways. Place cut side up on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with the caster sugar. Roast in the oven for 15 mins, until the bananas are beginning to caramelise. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Once cool, put the bananas into a blender with the vanilla ice cream and milk. Whizz to combine well.

Drizzle ? of the chocolate sauce around the edges of 2 glasses, then pour in the banana milkshake mix.

Top with a squirt of cream, a drizzle of the remaining chocolate sauce and more banana if you like.
