Ingredients

100g granulated sugar

2tbsp Asda Dried Rose Petals

Juice 1/2 lemon

100g rasperries

1-1.5L Asda Eden Falls Sparkling Mineral Water

Mint sprigs to serve

Method

1
Put the sugar, rose petals and lemon juice in a small saucepan with 100ml water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 mins until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and allow to steep for 20-30 mins until the syrup has cooled. Pour it through a sieve and discard the rose petals.
2
To make the spritz, pour the syrup into a large jug, add the raspberries and crush slightly with a fork. Half-fill the jug with ice and pour over the sparkling water. Serve immediately garnished with mint sprigs.
