Ingredients
30ml El Jimador Tequila Blanco, plus some for dipping glasses
Salt, for dipping glasses
100g strawberries, trimmed
1tsp agave syrup
300ml Prosecco, chilled
Lime slices for garnishing
Method

Dip the rims of 2 margarita coupe glasses into El Jimador Tequila Blanco followed by a little salt.

Blend the tequila, strawberries and agave syrup until smooth.

Mix in the Prosecco – gently, so it keeps its sparkle – and pour into the glass. Garnish with a lime slice.
