By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The prize draw is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Asda Stores Limited (the “Promoter”), any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
Entrants must have an Asda Rewards account.
Entrants will be required to provide their full name, address, a valid phone number and email address. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, using alternative details, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities, or otherwise acting in a manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.

The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 on the 15th of November 2024 and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 29th of November 2024. Any entries received outside these dates will not be included in the prize draw.

Prize: An overnight trip to London for 2 adults and 2 children under 16. Including:
9.1. Travel Allowance: Travel expenses are included up to the total value of £200 GBP, which can be spent on petrol/parking, car transfers, or travel by public transport; Expenses will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over
9.2. Accommodation: 1 night’s luxury 4-star hotel accommodation in London, based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy room. Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation. Accommodation for the recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the recipients.
9.3. Magic Cocktail/Mocktail Making Experience: (1 hour 45 minutes) Themed cocktails making Includes equipment rental and 1 welcome drink and 2 molecular drinks created by winners. Participants must be aged 18 or over for the alcohol option, proof of age may be required.
9.4. Flying Trapeze Masterclass: (2 hours) Includes professional instructor and all equipment. The flying trapeze experience will be tailored to the individual participants’ abilities and requirements, any underlying health conditions must be disclosed to Element London Ltd at time of booking the experience; it is not suitable for those who are pregnant, the maximum weight is 220lbs, the minimum age is 8 years old. If you disclose any underlying health conditions, these will only be used to tailor the experience and will not be used for any other purpose.
9.5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part or auctioned.
9.6. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled
9.7. The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary
9.8. At least one traveler must be aged 18 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel
9.9. The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package
9.10. All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion
9.11. Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision on the 3rd December.
Element London Ltd (the “Prize Provider”) is the Promoter’s agent and data processor and it will be providing and managing the prize., The Prize Provider will send an email to the winners (using the email address submitted upon entry) within seven (7) working days of the draw date. The email will notify the winner that they have won, confirm their prize, and give details of next steps to arrange delivery of their prize.
Prize must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winners; however, if the prizes are not claimed within 7 days a re-draw will take place.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
The prize winner may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in publicity. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible, nor for any associated costs. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted entries, or those which are otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failure to receive an entry where such failure is due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third party’s enjoyment of the prizes.
Prizes are awarded at the Promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
The Promoter cannot be responsible for entries that fail to register, are delayed or incomplete, or indeed for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay entry.
he Promoter and/or the Data Controller may be required to provide evidence that a valid prize award has taken place. As a result, a winner’s name and the county in which they live will be provided in response to a request from a third party. If you do not wish for your data to be made public for this purpose should you win a prize, please inform us by ticking the box on the entry form. Winners’ surnames and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Clearsilver Brand Marketing Limited, Competition Prize Draw, Ground Floor, Compass House, 76 East Street, Leeds LS9 8EE no later than 28 days after the closing date. Clearsilver is running the competition on behalf of the Data Controller and is a data processor.
Data protection and your rights
By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting a winner and for prize fulfilment. Personal data will only be shared with third parties where it is necessary for these purposes. Clearsilver will provide the Prize Provider with the winner’s personal data for the purposes of prize fulfilment. Clearsilver may also share the winner’s personal data with the Promoter and the Data Controller in order to comply with a request for a winner’s name and county of residence under clause 19 of these terms and conditions.
The Data Controller and its data processor(s) will only use your personal details in line with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Controller’s privacy policy.
Personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to administer the prize draw and to comply with a request for a winner’s name and county of residence under clause 19 of these terms and conditions.
