Still boiling or poaching your eggs? You might be slightly behind the times

<p>Just when you thought you&rsquo;d cracked your poached <a href="https://groceries.asda.com/product/free-range/asda-15-mixed-weight-free-range-eggs/81220971" target="_blank">egg</a>-making skills, a new way to cook the humble breakfast staple appears. </p><p>For years, images of beautifully cooked eggs sitting on top of some smashed avocado and a piece of crusty sourdough bread have been seen popping up all over Instagram. </p><p>And the same could be said for videos of runny yolks spilling their yellowy goodness onto a plate. </p><p>But all that might be about to change, because there's a new (and rather cute-looking) way to cook your eggs. You then whisk up the egg white (along with any added extras of your choice like herbs seasoning etc) and bake in the oven, leaving a little whole in the middle for the yolk. After a few minutes, add the yolk, bake again for a few minutes and hey presto.
