Ingredients

50g Hartley's Strawberry Flavour Jelly, about 4 cubes

Red food colouring

100ml whipping cream

Blue food colouring gel

400ml skimmed milk

1tbsp vanilla bean paste

2tsp Asda White Chocolate Stars

2 Opies Cocktail Cherries Maraschino Flavour

Method

1
Pour 100ml of boiling water over the jelly cubes, mixing until fully dissolved. Stir in a couple drops of red food colouring gel and stir until combined. Allow to cool to room temperature and chill in the fridge for 45 mins until beginning to set.
2
Using a teaspoon, drip the cooled jelly down the sides of 2 milkshake glasses in thick stripes. Carefully pour any leftover jelly into the bottom of the glasses. Put the glasses into the fridge and chill for 30 mins.
3
Lightly whip the cream until fluffy. Fold through a few drops of the blue food gel until you get the desired shade of blue. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 1cm wide star-shaped nozzle and set aside.
4
In a large jug, whisk together the milk and vanilla bean paste until well combined. Hold a dessert spoon just above the bottom of the glass - be careful not to disturb the jelly - and slowly pour the milk on the curved side of the spoon. Remove the spoon.
5
Carefully, pipe the blue cream onto the milk, sprinkle with the chocolate stars, top with a cherry, add 2 paper straws per glass and share with friends!
