Ingredients

1 medium avocado, peeled and destoned

Juice 1 lime

10g fresh coriander, torn

10g basil, torn

170g fat-free Greek-style yogurt

Method

Blend the avocado, lime juice, coriander, basil and yogurt until smooth. Transfer to a serving jug or bottle and serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 1 day.
