Ingredients

2tbsp olive oil

200g pack Asda 40% Less Fat Salad Cheese

325g pack cherry tomatoes

400g tin Asda Butter Beans, drained and rinsed well

4 Asda Wholemeal Pittas, sliced into strips

1tbsp each chopped flat leaf parsley and basil, plus extra to serve

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan/gas 5. Combine the oil with the chopped parsley and basil and season with salt and pepper.
2
In a 23cm square baking dish, place the cheese in the centre then scatter around the tomatoes and butter beans before drizzling all over with the herby oil. Bake for 40-45 mins until the tomatoes are just beginning to burst.
3
Meanwhile, place the pitta strips on another tray, baking alongside the cheese for the last 10-12 mins.
4
To serve, carefully stir the tomatoes and butter beans around the cheese to combine the juices before sprinkling over the remaining herbs. Add the pitta strips on the side for everyone to get dipping.
