Ingredients

284g pack Asda Chocolate Brownie Mix

1 medium egg

30g unsalted butter, melted, plus extra for greasing

1tsp coconut oil

1tsp Dr. Oetker Extra Strong Food Colour Gel in Orange

200g white chocolate

9 strawberries, washed and dried well

Asda Choco Sprinkles (optional)

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Grease and line a 18cm square brownie tin. Line a tray with baking paper.
2
Make up the brownie mix with the egg and butter according to the pack instructions. Bake for 20 mins or until just set in the middle. Allow to cool for 30 mins, then remove from the tin and cut into 9 pieces.
3
Meanwhile, put the oil in a bowl over a pan of simmering water and heat until melted. Stir in the orange gel. Break in the chocolate and heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Take the bowl off the pan and allow to cool for 5 mins.
4
Dip each strawberry into the chocolate, leaving stalks uncoated, and put onto the tray. Use a fork to drizzle over chocolate, reserving any left over. Chill for 20 mins until set.
5
Before serving, re-melt the remaining chocolate. Drizzle over the brownies and scatter over sprinkles, if using. Use a dot of chocolate to stick a ‘carrot’ onto each brownie. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
