Ingredients

1tsp rapeseed oil

180g pack runner beans, trimmed and halved

200g Asda Honey Roast Pulled Ham

6 medium eggs

10g mint, shredded

10g basil, torn

10g parsley, chopped

15g pine nuts

180g Extra Special Petite Plum Tomatoes On The Vine

Handful of rocket

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4 and grease a pie dish or oven-safe frying pan with the rapeseed oil.
2
Blanch the runner beans in boiling water for 1-2 mins until bright green. Drain the beans and tip them into the prepared dish. Scatter the pulled ham across the top.
3
In a large jug, beat together the eggs and stir in the mint, basil and parsley. Season with ground black pepper.
4
Pour into the pie dish or pan and cook for 15-20 mins, until risen and golden brown, sprinkling over the pine nuts for the final 10 mins.
5
Serve with the tomatoes and the rocket.
