Ingredients

2tsp Asda Moroccan Seasoning

2tsp rapeseed oil

340g pack Butcher's Selection British Lamb Chops, trimmed of fat

2 x 110g pack Asda Mediterranean Style Tomato Cous Cous

100g natural yogurt

40g pomegranate seeds

Method

Heat a griddle or frying pan over a high setting.

Stir together the Moroccan seasoning and rapeseed oil and rub into both sides of the chops. Cook on the griddle for 3-4 mins each side, until the chops are starting to char.

Make up the cous cous according to the pack instructions. When ready, transfer to a serving platter.

Lay the chops on top of the cous cous and leave them to rest for 5 mins.

Stir the yogurt until smooth and fluid then drizzle over the lamb chops. Sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds to garnish before serving.
