Ingredients

1.75kg Asda Roast in the Bag Stuffed Turkey Crown

20g unsalted butter

4tbsp plain flour

2 x 24g Asda Chicken Stock Pots

Juice 1 clementine

80ml dry sherry

2 sprigs rosemary

2 bay leaves

20g pack thyme, to serve

Cranberry sauce, pigs in blankets, roast stuffing

Method

1
Cook the crown according to the pack instructions. Remove the turkey from the bag; allow to rest. Skim the fat off the juices from the bag and reserve both.
2
Heat the fat in a pan with the butter and flour for 2 mins on medium.
3
Add boiling water to make the juices up to 800ml. Stir through the stock pots to dissolve.
4
Stir in the clementine juice and sherry. Add the rosemary and bay leaves; simmer for 20 mins.
5
Strain the gravy into a jug and garnish the turkey crown with thyme. Serve with the accompaniments.
