Ingredients

350g pack Cadbury Brownie Mix

1 medium egg

75ml vegetable oil, plus extra for greasing

60g pecans

50g Askeys Treat! Toffee Flavour Topping

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 190C/170C Fan/Gas 5. Grease and line a 20cm square brownie tin.
2
Tip the brownie mix into a mixing bowl. In a jug, mix together the oil, egg and 75ml cold water, then add to the bowl. Using an electric hand mixer, beat for 1 min until well combined. Add the pecans and stir through.
3
Pour into the brownie tin and level with a spoon. Drizzle over the toffee-flavour topping and bake for 22-27 mins until crisp on the top but with a moist, chocolatey centre. Remove from oven and allow to cool fully in the tray before cutting into 16 squares to serve.
