<p>A stir-fry is the perfect, quick and easy meal for eating well on a budget &ndash; and, to make it even simpler, we&rsquo;ve listed the five categories of ingredients you need to cook one. Choose one item from each column to create a custom combo to suit your taste. Whether you want to spice up Saturday&rsquo;s dinner, go lower-carb or do Meat Free Monday, there&rsquo;s plenty of inspo for everyone. There&rsquo;s no exact recipe &ndash; just take your pick then follow our Steps To Success (below) and you&rsquo;ll be turning out delicious, nutritious stir-fries in less time than it takes to get a takeaway!</p><p>No wok? Use a large frying pan instead.</p><p>● Dice meat, poultry or tofu into equal-sized pieces so they all cook evenly.</p><p>● It&rsquo;s important to cook all meat and especially poultry fully before adding the other ingredients.</p><p>● Cook on a medium heat then turn lower nearer the end to keep the stir-fry hot but not overcooked.</p><p>● Stir continuously to make sure nothing burns, sticks or overcooks.</p><p>● Small-sized frozen veg &ndash;
